Jerry Buttimer: I thank Mr. Jeyes. I have received a copy of the IMPACT letter to the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs which states that it was not correct to say the files were new. It claims that they were in the system for several years and were revised and reviewed. I am sure Mr. Jeyes has seen the IMPACT letter and he might refer to that in his reply.
