Colm Brophy: With respect to the Deputy, I have made it clear on a number of occasions in the past that, as is the practice in several other committees, where a question has already been asked of and answered by a witness, he or she does not have to repeat the entire answer. Witnesses may give a clarification where some information is missing, but Deputies should not repeat a question that was fully answered.
