Marc MacSharry: I do not. It has implications. What we are saying is that the Committee of Public Accounts can never again put questions that might lead to a criminal finding or outcome. That is absolutely ridiculous. I mentioned just a few Acts off the top of my head but one could mention any Act. If asking a question leads to a criminal finding, investigation or outcome, that is bananas.
