Catherine Murphy: What relationship does the NTA have with the Garda Síochána? I note that Mr. Creegan was complimentary about the assistance provided by the Garda on the Luas. This should be an automatic function of a traffic corps in the city centre but I do not see any evidence of the traffic corps in the city centre.
