Michael McDowell: I am informed by the Garda authorities that there were five concerts held in Marley Park last summer with an estimated attendance of over 15,000 people at each concert. At these concerts there were 24 arrests for drunkenness and 5 arrests for possession of drugs for sale or supply. In addition, there were 65 detections in relation to the drug offence of simple possession.
