Séamus Kirk: I want to know about the legislation. Fuel is being tampered with to derive more profit. Is it necessary for the Minister for Finance to introduce legislation to allow for unannounced inspections of retail outlets to try to tackle this problem? There are serious financial implications for car owners. Engines are being damaged and they have had to be replaced in many vehicles.
