Seán Ó Fearghaíl: Some months ago I raised with the Tánaiste the question of the Antarctic treaty. More than 40 countries have currently ratified that important treaty. Someone was to revert to me on the Government's position on whether to ratify the treaty. That has not happened. Perhaps the Tánaiste would let me know the position.
