Simon Coveney: I propose to take Questions Nos. 440 and 441 together. The legal issues that arose in relation to the application by the person named under the afforestation grant and premium scheme have now been resolved. His application has now been approved and payment will issue very shortly.

A letter issued on 25 June 2013 to the participant setting out the issues which prevented payment (failure to observe the Terms and Conditions in regard to phased weaning and also, notification of measures taken).
