Clare Daly: In response to Deputy Ó Laoghaire's Bill, the Government indicated it had been jolted and it would ask Judge Peter Kelly to have a look at this as part of his overall review. We would all be more encouraged from today, saying that is clearly inadequate. What is the story there with the idea of it being amended through court rules etc.?
