Pat Gallagher: Let me make this very clear. There are those who think they should be allowed to speak in advance of others. Fianna Fáil, Sinn Féin, Labour, Independents 4 Change and Solidarity are all parties. After them, we have the Rural Independent Group, which is a technical group of seven Deputies, one more than Solidarity-People Before Profit.
