Maria Bailey: We are on Committee Stage. On Second Stage a deferral is possible but it is not possible on Committee Stage. A postponement is possible on Committee Stage. As a committee we are obliged to act on the Bill. It is up to the committee as to whether it wants to postpone this. Otherwise, we are obliged to proceed. I will leave it to members to decide.
