Caoimhghín Ó Caoláin: I appreciate the importance of that. Nevertheless I am trying to establish whether the Cabinet committee on social inclusion and drugs has addressed the report of the national drugs strategy mid-term review. It is a very straightforward question and I thought it would have been accommodated. It is not outside the scope of the question.
