Timmy Dooley: That seems unusual. If the quantum of money was €50 million, and that was absolute, then the notion of using a percentage to attribute at a later stage just does not seem right. In any event, that is what happened. Is ESB Networks convinced with respect to its entire calculation system? Has it done any further reviews of practices or procedures that existed previously?
