He said a full independent assessment of all these matters was carried out by the Commission for Energy Regulation. I cannot see that. It would seem that the Taoiseach has misled the House. Can the Minister clarify the matter for us tonight? If it is the case, I hope the Taoiseach will correct the record tomorrow.
