Eamon Gilmore: -----to employ 35,000 people in the redevelopment of NAMA properties will stimulate activity in the construction industry and get people back to work. Structural funds which have not been used in the European Union need to be used to address the problems of youth unemployment. Eamon Gilmore: It is intended to publish the Valuation Bill in this session. Its purpose is to make changes in the legislation to allow for the acceleration of the revaluation programme and other issues relating to the valuation process.

Work is ongoing in respect of the unique patient identifier and on research, ethical approval and some patient safety issues. As I stated, publication is expected to be in late 2012.
