Denis O'Donovan: The amendment has been passed. The Leader can consider it but if, as he has suggested, he opposes the Order of Business, the whole Order of Business for today will collapse. He should think clearly. I asked whether the Order of Business, as amended, was agreed to and the Leader opposed it.
