Jerry Buttimer: What we are doing here is giving an opportunity to the citizen, the user, to engage or interface, which is the new modern term, with one another. Rather than oppose it, we should embrace what the forum is trying to do and see how it works. The reality is that if we do not, we will have missed an opportunity.
