Noel Dempsey: I made inquiries after Committee Stage. The Department of Justice, Equality and Law Reform has dealt with this matter in the Fines Bill 2009. That Bill applies to all fines and it meets the concerns the Deputy has expressed. Even though the Deputy was talking about it in this context, he managed to get it through in another context. His concerns are met.
