Mark Daly: The Coast Guard was aware for five months that this piece of equipment was down and it did not deploy all its efforts to get it repaired. It was the only piece of equipment that picked up a one burst signal mayday call a week after it was repaired. If it had not been repaired, those people would have been lost. Could someone comment on that?
