Jan O'Sullivan: The Department does not anticipate that there will be a saving from introducing school based assessment for the Junior Cycle. In fact an additional €5million has been announced for Junior Cycle reform in 2015. This will bring the budget for Junior Cycle reform to €9.3m in 2015.
