Pauline O'Reilly: Obviously, it is welcome. I am just wondering whether it is a missed opportunity to go beyond that. New buildings will have much higher ratings, but we also want to see older buildings brought back into the use. I do not know why there would be two different standards.

Pauline O'Reilly: My question is not really about that target. My question is about carbon and the target for buildings. I want to know the overall amount of carbon from each of the different elements. That gives a better idea of how much work needs to be done by the existing stock because I do not think we have that.
