Barry Cowen: We have another member online, Deputy Lawless, who is Chair of the Committee on Justice. I know that his committee has done some work in this area too. He might be able to share with the witnesses some input further to that engagement.

Barry Cowen: I do not expect Dr. Browne to comment on policy. He did mention that, in addition to the progress made in the last year, the NCSC has a mid-term review in which it will be making recommendations to Government in the hope and expectation that it will honour its commitments under the programme for Government and so forth. I do not know if he can expand any more on that matter.
