Mary Lou McDonald: It was extraordinarily long. The difficulty is that Mr. O'Daly cites the Department. The ultimate tool for questioning the Department and the Minister is parliamentary questions, but the information on this case has been sparse. If one reads the responses, one is nearly led to believe that in this case it was, in fact, the Mr. O'Daly office that took the call on there being no prosecution....
