Eoghan Murphy: I thank the Deputy, who is correct to raise the issue of the Bill, which is very important for local authorities and ratepayers across the country. I raised it this morning with the Attorney General and made clear its priority for the Government. We hope to have heads of the Bill by the end of May and to get it into the House as quickly as possible.
