John McGuinness: That is not Ms Feehily's fault. The point is that she should have seen it. It should have been sent to Revenue. That was and still is the request of this committee. Deputy Ross was quoting material and asking Ms Feehily questions based on the presumption that, at the request of the committee, all of this has happened, but it has not.
