David Cullinane: It is my understanding there was. I know that in Waterford the registrar is no longer dealing with such cases. He defers all cases because the role of the registrar has been called into question. I think the High Court's judgment was that only a Circuit Court judge should adjudicate on these matters, not a registrar. Does anybody know if that is the case?
