Micheál Martin: Does the Taoiseach agree that there is a lack of genuine commitment to the idea? There was no depth or substance behind it, as revealed by the facts that the Cabinet sub-committee has not met and, judging by his answers, the Taoiseach does not know who its members are. It is far from a satisfactory situation.
