Michael Creed: Yes. It predates the Common Fisheries Policy so it is facilitated under the policy. I am aware of the issue raised by Deputy Ferris. It is something that my Department is actively considering. I do not want to dwell on it too much, because it is an extremely complex legal matter which flows from the Supreme Court ruling.

However, a number of deficiencies were identified with receipts and certificates submitted with the claim for payment.  These issues need to be addressed before the payment claim can be processed for payment.
