While the legislation must be in place by 5 August, we are early in June and is the Minister saying an extra week cannot be provided for the taking of Committee Stage? That is not the case. I am pleased she has outlined the geographic provisions included in the contract. The figure for rural areas is 15 km for 95% of recipients.
