Brendan Griffin: When will the Criminal Justice (Fines) (Amendment) Bill be published? It is a common sense proposal and something that would be beneficial to the State should it become law. I ask for time to be set aside to discuss the deplorable humanitarian situation in Syria and the shocking human rights abuses taking place there currently. It is crucial we discuss this in the House.
