Arthur Spring: I am referring to the people who are governing Northern Ireland. They may be hard to take for Sinn Féin Deputies but the points I make are fact. Not one of them is wrong, yet we have people from Northern Ireland coming down here and telling us we are mismanaging our country.

Arthur Spring: This country is trying to solve its problems. It has autonomy and will gain full autonomy. I have differences with many Deputies, including on the forthcoming adjustment. I do not agree with a budget cut of €3.1 billion and would prefer a figure closer to €2.5 billion. I ask back bench Deputies from both coalition parties to push for such an outcome-----
