However, if the Deputy Leader uses this opportunity to direct political charges across the Chamber which cannot be answered, it places Members of the Opposition in a very difficult situation. Alex White: It is an issue of order. The point of order is that if the Deputy Leader, in response to the Order of Business, makes direct political charges across the floor, not even through the Cathaoirleach, it is unreasonable in any parliament that they cannot be answered.
