Brian Lenihan Jnr: I have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that in December 2008 completed returns of income for 2006 and 2007, with supporting documentation including details of tax deducted, were requested from the person concerned. This information has not yet been received by Revenue and correspondence is ongoing with the person concerned in order to establish his tax liability for 2006 and 2007.
