Kathleen Lynch: The Department is not aware of any grant available in the health sector that would provide for a lift in the circumstances outlined by the Deputy. The Department and the Health Service Executive have responsibility for making the public health services including its buildings accessible for all people including people with a disability.

It is expected that routine services at Ballybay will be up and running by the end of this month. Patients from Castleblayney will continue to be catered for by Ballybay and Carickmacross clinics.
