Brian Hayes: As identified in my response to the PQ of 17 October last, the legal issues mentioned therein were brought before the High Court on 22 October 2012. I am advised by the Chief State Solicitor’s Office that, following a motion by Bank of Ireland Mortgage Bank applying to reinstate the company, the Court was satisfied that the said company be restored to the Register.
