Brian Leddin: Senator O'Reilly is keen that we have a discussion on rainwater harvesting at some point, so we will keep that in mind. O the issue of resource efficiency, one of the reasons we have the Bill in process is climate change and there is a related reason for controlling the volume of disposable waste that we generate. A lot of this is generated outside Europe, often in developing economies....
