Róisín Shortall: Yesterday the Minister for Transport promised to legislate for the outsourcing of speed cameras and said he would do so this session. I cannot find it anywhere in the list of Bills to be taken this session. Given that there are no transport Bills on the list will the Taoiseach clarify the name of the Bill under which that provision will be implemented and when are we likely to see it?
