Micheál Martin: I do not think that reference is sustainable and it should be removed from the record of the House regarding the community and family setting of a victim of abuse. It is not in order, in my view. I may be incorrect as to Standing Orders but a very unwelcome and unacceptable assertion was made and I am offended by it.
