Noel Dempsey: It is my understanding that the Garda Síochána create a CT 68 form following a road traffic collision. The form, which contains statistical data pertaining to the collision, is copied to the RSA for analytical purposes, before being passed to the Local Authority in whose functional area the collision took place.
