Thomas Byrne: An tÚdarás has advised that the confidentiality clause in the Share Purchase Agreement to the company referred to covers all matters in the agreement, and therefore the date on which it ceases cannot be disclosed. I have previously stated that neither I nor the relevant officers in my Department hold a copy of this sales agreement.
