Damien English: I am aware that there was a delay in payments under the Small Business Assistance Scheme for COVID (SBASC) in the local authority to which the deputy refers.I understand that this delay was due to a IT software issue which has now been rectified.  I can confirm that payments are currently being processed at the moment and that all payments will be made by 21st May.
