Niamh Smyth: I am only trying to get the figures straight in my head, I am not trying to trip up the Minister. There is €5 million, and €1.6 million has been spent on actual public events. What the Minister is really saying is of the €5 million there is nothing specific for the arts in education and the Minister is depending on the Arts Council and its funding stream to fund it.
