This will include decisions to withdraw services from local hospitals.

Micheál Martin: This is a very serious issue. We asked the Taoiseach a question when we allowed this debate to take place. We put it to him clearly that more time should be allowed and that all documentation should be provided to Members before the motion amending the terms of reference came before the House. No such documentation was provided. The Government pressed ahead and guillotined the debate....
