Catherine Connolly: I welcome the announcement that there will be a post-project review. It is absolutely essential. I thank the Acting Chairman for highlighting that. I do not know why the Department has to wait until the end of the year. I suggest it could start sooner. It is now complete but the site is not fully sorted out yet.

There were three managers in my time during that process and there are serious issues. Notwithstanding that we were told there was a hands-on approach by the manager, he did not seem to have the right to go into the building....
