Fergus O'Dowd: This is a very important question. I agree with everything I have heard but the problem for us is whether we can believe what the witnesses say about building in this country. It is critical that they police their membership and that being a member of the association gives credibility. It does not make sense, from a regulatory perspective, that they have only ever kicked out one member.
