Imelda Munster: Sport Ireland is obviously aware, however, that there was a lack of co-operation and that the OCI was resisting interference from Sport Ireland. The OCI did not consider that it was answerable to Sport Ireland, despite the fact that it took State funding. On that basis, Sport Ireland was not told to have a row with the OCI or tippy toe around it because those involved were angels. Is that it?
