Dick Roche: The Kilkee and Kilrush sewerage schemes, which are being advanced as a grouped project, are included in my Department's water services investment programme 2004-06 as schemes to commence construction this year. These draft regulations address a number of issuing, including the permitting of inert soil and construction type wastes which are being used for the purposes of land reclamation and other similar activities.
