It was the Government which put forward the proposals regarding 2013. Why did it set such a difficult timeframe? Who was it to impress? My questions are serious and reasonable....

Caoimhghín Ó Caoláin: Yesterday, the Taoiseach stated "we must consider how we rearrange the non-front line service part of the sector" and "we must be prepared to consider whether we can reorganise how that is delivered". With respect, while the Taoiseach, the Minister for Health and Children and whoever else is involved are considering at their leisure, people with disabilities and their carers are facing cuts.
