John Browne: I listened with interest to Deputies on the opposite side speak about the closure of post offices. I have been a Member as long as some of them. During the term of office of various Governments a number of post offices have closed down. I recognise the input of a former Taoiseach, Mr. John Bruton, in keeping open a post office in County Meath.
