Maria Bailey: I recognise that rhetoric will not build houses. It is solutions that will put foundations into the sites we have to build houses and homes for the families who need them. I have attended many family hubs and hostels in Dublin and other areas. I have spoken to many families and I am warmed by the empathy in the Chamber this morning.
